In an effort to assure that our very special puppies are placed in only the best homes, we request that you complete the following application to help us make our decisions to the best of our ability. We spend many, many hours socializing our puppies...it is said of the Shih Tzu..."you will never love them, as much as they love you"...and we know this is true! We only want what is best for them.
